The Orange Spot Bristlenose is a distinctive variety of Ancistrus, appreciated for its rich, dark base color adorned with vivid orange to golden spots across the body and fins. These markings create a striking contrast that sets this pleco apart from other bristlenose types, making it a favorite among aquascaping and community tank enthusiasts.

At 7cm, these individuals are well on their way to maturity, with more defined spotting and the early development of bristles, especially in males.
