Green horseface is a large and excellent display fish. It is aggressive , it is better to keep in a big tank. The maximum size this fish can reach is 15cm.

The Green Horseface Eartheater exhibits a notably peaceful temperament compared to other cichlids. Suitable tank mates consist of larger tetras, rainbowfish, calm catfish species such as Corydoras and Plecos, and other South American cichlids with comparable dispositions. It is important to exclude aggressive or overly territorial fish and select companions that thrive under similar water parameters.
