The Orange Spot Bristlenose is a visually distinctive member of the Ancistrus genus, prized for its deep base color and scattered orange to golden-yellow spots that become more vivid with age. As they mature, males develop prominent facial bristles, adding to their unique appearance and making them a standout feature in any freshwater setup.

At 9cm, these specimens are nearing full size, with mature coloration and well-developed bristle growth in males becoming more prominent.
